1. Prepare the Workspace: Choose a clean, dust-free, and well-ventilated area. Maintain a room temperature of 20–28°C and humidity of 40–60% for stable printing. Ensure the table or stand is strong and level to support the printer weight.

2. Electrical Requirements: Provide a dedicated power outlet with proper grounding. Use a voltage stabilizer or UPS to protect the printer from power fluctuations. Avoid using extension boards with low-quality wiring.

3. Unboxing & Inspection Carefully open the package and check all items: printer, cables, ink bottles, powder, software dongle, and accessories. Inspect the printer for any physical damage during shipping. If any part is missing or damaged, do not continue installation—report immediately.

4. Positioning the Printer Leave enough space around the printer: Front/Back: Minimum 1 ft Sides: Minimum 6 inches Ensure the printer is placed on a stable, vibration-free surface.

5. Prepare the Inks Shake the CMYK + White ink bottles gently for 1–2 minutes before use. Make sure inks are fresh and not expired.

6. Software & Laptop Readiness Install the required software: Maintop / Acrorip / any provided RIP software. Disable antivirus temporarily if it blocks installation. Keep USB drivers and software dongle ready.

7. Ventilation & Fume Management If using a curing oven or shaker, ensure the room has proper exhaust. Keep fire-safety items nearby (basic precaution).

8. Clean the Printer Surface Wipe the printer body, ink paths, and tray area with a microfiber cloth to remove dust.

9. Do Not Add Inks Yet Only fill the inks when the technician tells you during installation. Wrong filling can damage the printhead.

10. Keep All Accessories Ready Ink tubes, waste ink bottle, capping unit, maintenance tools, and power cables. Keep the roll film or PET sheet ready for test printing.
